Colour/Material: Black Leatherette. "The six-day-old Moon was a wonderful view and it was a pleasure looking at the crisp detail of the craters near the terminator. There was no internal ghosting while viewing such a bright object" (Stellar 15x70 model) "The large star cloud M24 was beautiful and fitted in the view perfectly. The sharpness and quality of the inner field of view was also evident when we turned to our test double stars of Albireo and Mizar. Albireo was a wonderful orange-yellow primary, while its sky blue companion was easily separated. Mizar was cleanly split and the fainter companion could be clearly seen, The Moon had a wealth of detail along the terminator with only a small amount of colour fringing around its bright limb, while Jupiter could be seen as a bright disc with a hint of the belts; we even glimpsed the Galilean moons, sharply defined either side of the planet. Nebulae, globular clusters and galaxies also stood out well, showing that these binoculars could also give pleasing views of deep space." (Stellar 20x80 model)
